Very good food in rustic and informal ambience. They also have a restaurant in Oslo that received acknowledgment in the Michelin guide.

In Henningsvær you have the pop-up restaurant Einvær. Their main restaurant in Oslo is a bib gourmand Michelin restaurant. Einvaer uses only local products. The food is really good and reasonably priced. A favorite! Usually you need to make reservation in advance.

Sesongåpent og et testprosjekt med kokk på «utveksling». Suksess og fullbooket hver kveld, bør nok bestille bord, kan velge mellom 3 eller 5 retter.
