A gorgeous scenic walk along the cliff tops from Whitehaven to St Bees (or just as far as you want) is a must on a sunny day.

Clifftop reserve & nesting site for herring gulls, guillemots & razorbills, with footpath access. The lighthouse is very nice to see. There is a private parking (£3) at the end of the road, close to the lighthouse. 1 Trinity House Cottages, Sandwith, Whitehaven CA28 9UY
