The history holding up this pre-Civil War sanctuary is weighty. This church has met consistently every Sunday since before the Danish king sent an expedition to claim the island and build Fort Christian... in 1677. We (full disclosure, this is our beloved place of worship) proudly celebrated our 350th anniversary a few years ago, making us the oldest protestant congregation in the New World. Yeah.

Over 200 years old this non dominational church has withstood the test of time and many fires!
