Really exciting park if you like sleep in a natural green areas , there has a really nice restaurant inside the park , not expensive and tasty. I tried the coffee and food.

Vast park on a historical estate featuring a kids' adventure park, a cafe & an upscale gift shop.Fantastic park for families. Everything is organised, tiny and family friendly. Great cycle lanes, 3 options for walks, maps everywhere. Lots of fabulous views. You have 3 cafes, a food yard, lots of kids activities.

You can enjoy a whole range of events at Dalkeith Country Park. What's on depends on the time you visit, with activities changing almost as fast as the seasons.

15-20 min walk to the Duke of Buccleuch's Estate, Dalkeith Country Park. Tranquil and extensive park for running, cycling. Events are held here throughout the year such as ToughMudder, music festivals and Dalkeith Country Show are also held in the park. Fort Douglas outdoor adventure park is great for children.
