Very nice overview of the local culture and history. Prehistoric Indians, Spanish galleons/treasure, Seminole Indians, cattle ranches, fishing culture, WW2, etc.

This is a small but very interesting local museum. They have really packed a lot into it. Well narrated audio tour is worth the time. Covers from prehistoric through the native peoples through the Spanish era into the Seminole days and into the American era. Anyone interested in history, antiques, nostalgia would enjoy. be sure to tour the cracker home on site as well to see how people lived in Florida not all that long ago.
