Ferry to and from Downtown Auckland (via Northcote Point) from here - only 7 doors down (and a small park green). Taking the ferry is a scenic, peaceful change from the hectic mayhem that often comes with commuting. It's also a great way to explore the beautiful islands of the Hauraki Gulf. You arrive at the Downtown Ferry Terminal - next to the Britomart Transport Centre; ferry passengers can easily change to a bus or train for further transport. Fares are $4.50 each way with an AT (Auckland Transport) HOP card. Otherwise single fares are approximately $6.
