It's an important and historic all point of interest 5minutes walk from Kirkby Lonsdale Market Square.Walk along the River Line from here ,eating one of The Sweet Shops fabulous English Lakes Ice creams,and you,ok be joining a time-honoured tradition of many a visitor!

Great bacon butty and mug of tea/coffee at the kiosk by the bridge - local meeting point for lots of touring bikers. Sometimes scuba divers will be in the river. Riverside walk up to the church.
