This H-E-B has all of your shopping needs! Keep in mind, if you're new to Texas, you cannot buy liquor in a grocery store (only wine and beer). If you're planning a party or event, H-E-B can do cakes/baked goods, floral arrangements, and other party materials.

I may be a tad biased, but H-E-B is the absolute best grocery store. It's more like an experience rather than a chore to go grocery shopping. A few of my favorite things: HEB tortillas, HEB seasoned fajitas, and HEB coffee (Texas Hill Country).
