Just off of Glengarrif, Garnish Island is a ‘Garden Paradise’. Originally dominated by a British Martello Tower, John Annan Bryce commissioned Harold Peto to design the magical Italian Gardens growing here today. Bryce’s own cottage has been restored and is open to members of the public. A ferry from Glengarrif is an hour drive from Inchydoney.
Take one of the small boats carrying visitors to Glengarriff's famous 'garden island' and see the seals as you're passing by.
