195 acres with wooded trails, ponds and fields. Hiking, Picnics, Mountain Biking, Hayrides, Sledding, Tubing, Children's Discovery Room, Playground Equipment. It also has a 27 acre State Dedicated Nature Preserve.

Intimate hiking trails through old-growth deciduous forests. Easy to moderate walking with few obstacles or rough places. Athletic shoes are just fine for these trails. You'll likely have them to yourself. Look for the Big Tree, Lower Big Tree and Hardwoods Trails marked on the pdf map on their site or the paper map you'll find at the gatehouse. Easy parking at the Hardwoods Picnic Area lot. A fee small may or may not be charged, depending on the season.
