"Ezītis miglā" is a popular chain pub in Latvia with affordable prices. I recommend their pasta, burgers and other main dishes, but do not recommend their snacks (like mozarella sticks and such). It is a good pick for more budget friendly lunch, as well as a good place to spend an evening having some drinks. You can find it at plenty of locations - 3 inside the Old Town, and multiple more outside (Baznīcas iela, Tērbatas iela, Avotu iela and many more).
