This is a new, hype district placed in a district that used to be an industrial/ sports events area in the city. Now you will find nice places for drinks and food here, such as "Zefīrs"- probably the best pizzas in town, local beers, cocktails, wine and oyster bar "Paisums", "Secret spot" which is a new, fresh venue for cabaret shows.
