Another one of Singapore's under utilised parks. It's always breezy and relaxing here with a decent kids playground. Direct stairway access is just a few metres away.

Part of historical trail of Japanese-occupied Singapore during WWII. The Victoria-era inspired Japanese embassy is located right at the top and is now converted to a trendy and relaxed bar
