Known as the "Phantom Falls" of the Blue Mountains. Get there early in the morning to check out the mist that creates a ‘waterfall’ effect that falls slowly and dramatically over the cliff into the Jamison Valley. You can drive to the lookout, no walking required.
Narrow Neck Lookout, as the name implies, has views over the Narrow Neck Peninsula, a plateau which divides the Jamison and Megalong Valleys.
After last year's bushfires and the large amount of rain, there is an abundance of pink flannel flowers. Do not miss. This only happens every 15 to 20 years. Some people have never seen them! You must drive down Narrow Neck Road until you seen remnants of a bush fire. The flowers are not easy to see from a vehicle.
Narrow Neck Lookout This lookout is stop on the HOHO bus route. Narrow Neck divides Jamison and Megalong Valleys, allowing you to see both valleys, the Ruined Castle and the Katoomba Landslide. The long thin plateau, Narrow Neck is almost directly in front of you.
