NOA is set in the heart of Edge Hill Village, five minutes walk from The Cairns Botanical Gardens and The Tanks Arts theatre. This is a great place for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks & cocktails, and dinner. This is a tapas style restaurant and we love going here with friends occasionally.
