The Historical Museum of Aruba is housed inside the oldest building on the island, the Fort Zoutman, which was built in 1798. Here, you will find information about Aruba during the Spanish and Dutch period. You can also climb up the Willem III Tower. Check there're website for more information

The fort and tower were restored and re-opened in 1983 as the Historical Museum of Aruba. It's a little Dutch history. The skyscraper of Oranjestad of the pass. Just across the fort is office of government of Aruba.
