What can I say? Right across the street! Free wifi, clean, large seating area. Not as crowded as Starbucks, I like it much better.

Much better than Starbucks, in my humble opinion, although there are plenty of Starbucks and Duncan Donuts within a quick walk.

1 of 2 Peet's in the whole Boston area. Their Espresso is stronger in flavor than Starbucks and they don't put sugar in everything.
