Ok, this one is a little further away, but if you like Thai food, it can't be beat. Their Pad Thai and Massaman curry is to die for!

This is a great quiet sit down place. The curry and Pad Thai are as authentic as they get in Utah...which is still pretty good! Just be sure to not go above a level 2 when it comes to the hotness. Their #4 left us crying.
