The Maine Lighthouse Museum is our country's home to the largest collection of lighthouse mementos Exhibits highlight stories of valor while paying tribute to the Coast Guard and light keepers.

Walk the dike in Rockland Harbor to the lighthouse which is nearly in the middle of the harbor. From there you can see Owl's Head light, the schooners sailing the bay, lobster boats at work just a short distance away, and the ferries to and from Vinylhaven and North Haven.
