If you’re feeling active, we would suggest walking through the Hawaan Forest along the boardwalk and promenade, ending off directly on the beach with an iced coffee in hand. The Rox coffee shop has coffees and pastries, and is located on the halfway mark of the Umhlanga Promenade.

This is an awesome little hike through the Hawaan coastal forest that takes you right onto the beach.
