Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. It is a rustic place, with modern touches, like a gas range, refrigerator, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom is detached from the cabin - steps from the door. It is fully equipped with plumbing and a shower. Our place is perfect for people who love the outdoors with the comforts of home. No children under the age of 12 -- And alas, No Pets.

Studio apt. No shared walls. 7-min drive from the Village at Sunriver on S Century, 20 mins to Bend. Close to the Deschutes river. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.

The 4 bed (2 separate bedrooms and one sleep/lounge area) and 1 bathroom cabin + secluded and fully fenced outside area offers a cozy gathering place close to some of Oregons most beautiful destinations (i.e. Smith Rock State Park, Mount Bachelor,...).

The Black Duck Cabin is a perfect destination for all of Central Oregon's amazing activities. 10 minute drive to Sunriver Village, 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. If you're looking for a rustic, cabin experience this is the place for you!

Located in Bend's Midtown and with access to the Larkspur trail that leads to iconic Pilot Butte, this bright, newly built 450 sq. foot apartment balances cozy and modern elements to make your stay in Bend comfortable.
