Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

This 1 BR home is great for a getaway. Only 2 miles from downtown Ithaca & 5 minutes from Cornell. Located at the end of the Song neighborhood in Ecovillage, with large yard. Deep Japanese tub with jacuzzi. 800 sf. Organic gardens, swimming pond, playground, outdoor furniture and grill. 175 acres of forest and pathways for hiking. or skiing. Friendly neighborhood with quiet time from 9:30 pm to 7 am. Enjoy Ithaca gorges, parks, Cayuga lake, great food, music and wineries..

Sweet one bedroom all to yourself with private entry. Light filled living room, dining room, and kitchen have a cathedral ceiling, large windows, and country views. The apartment is connected to our house by a breezeway and is above the garage. There's a queen bed in the bedroom, and trundle bed in the living room that can accommodate an additional two people. A collapsible mini-crib is available for babies up to 50 lbs. The apartment also has Wifi and TV with Netflix.

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

Spacious lakeside mid-century modern home

This spot has it all: a gorgeous modern home with space for two families, quiet solitude in the forest, incredible views of (and access to!) Cayuga Lake, a beautiful chef's kitchen, and it's just 4 miles from downtown Ithaca. And there's space for everyone -- even your dog! There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and easy parking. There is private lake access with a large dock via a walk (or drive) down a steep driveway (about 100 ft) and then a stairway with about 50 steps.
