This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This charming seaside Cabana is located directly on Praia da Mata, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. Nestled in the dunes, Cabana Branca is big enough for friends or families to share, a stone's throw from the ocean's edge yet completely hidden from tourists. Caution: you need to bring your drinking water.

Atlantic View Art Penthouse + Breakfast & Wine

A 130 m² duplex penthouse at the top of a historic villa, with panoramic Atlantic views. Once the artist’s studio, it retains a strong sense of authorship, defined by five-metre-high ceilings and a fluid dialogue between levels. It offers a spacious kitchen and a large dining and living area filled with natural light. There are two sleeping areas, including one on the mezzanine, and a generous bathroom. Oriented to all four directions, it offers a luminous atmosphere.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

This charming wood cottage with garden and swimming pool is located on the Lisbon South Bay Area, close to the fisherman village of Trafaria. This spectacular location with stunning views over the Atlantic coast it's just 20 minutes away by car to the Lisbon city center. There is also a ferry boat in Trafaria that connects to Lisbon. Once you arrive to the house you are just minutes away from the best beaches of Lisbon.

Casa muito acolhedora numa vila típica de pescadores onde a calma prevalece. Ótimo para relaxar em família. Com vista para Lisboa. A 2 minutos a pé da estação fluvial onde pode dar um passeio direto a Belém e experimentar as suas doçarias. Trafaria conhecida pelo bom peixe por isso ótimos restaurantes com esplanadas a beira rio. A 5minutos de carro das praias da costa da Caparica.

Inserted in a historical and cosmopolitan neighbourhood, the apartment has all the necessary equipment for an excellent stay in Lisbon. Located at Praça Luís de Camões, you can easily find transport (Subway, train, taxi and the famous tram nr 28). Also a wide range of restaurants and shops, also the Tagus river down the street. As central as it can be.

Turtle Beach House (Ocean view)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
