Compact comfortable ground floor apartment with garden outlook. Situated in Craft Town Scotland on the lovely west coast of Scotland. Ideally positioned to explore Burns Country and further afield. You will love our 2 bedroom, 2nd floor, flat located in a traditional red sandstone building. In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It is 1.5miles, 2.4km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The flat has been fully refurbished. It has a modern equipped kitchen and bathroom, and is heated with a Combi-Boiler. There is FibreOptic WIFI available throughout the flat, and linked Fire/Smoke/Heat alarms.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
