Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

Loft ampio e moderno, dotato di Wi-Fi e perfetto anche per lavorare, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, raggiungibile dalla stazione Porta Nuova e porta Susa, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e nella zona sono presenti parcheggi gratuiti. Il loft ha una cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, un ampio salone con TV e un letto, un bagno con doccia e un soppalco con un letto e un calciobalilla. E' in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro e a numerosi ristoranti, bar e supermarket.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

L'alloggio offre un ampio open space con comodo divano letto e TV per rilassarvi dopo i giri nel centro cittadino, camera da letto e cucina completa di tutto il necessario. Godetevi colazioni all'aperto sull'ampio balcone con vista sul campanile della chiesa nel cortile interno. Posizionato vicino a Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo e la Stazione, qui potrete esplorare la città con facilità. Il rifugio perfetto nel centro di Torino.

Possibilità di parcheggiare su strada pubblica o parcheggio pubblico coperto a 14 euro al giorno ( a 200 metri dalla casa)
