Fortuna is an amazing human being and opens up her home to her guests and creates a very intimate and enjoyable experience. The food was also absolutely incredible!

Fortuna's cooking class was one of the most memorable experiences during our trip to Italy! Fortuna has the best energy, getting everyone up and dancing as we cooked up a storm! We felt so at home, just like cooking with my family. We had the best time and really didnt want to leave! We couldn't recommend Fortuna's cooking class more. You will not only learn cooking skills and recipes you can continue to cook for many years to come, you will walk away feeling so good being able to spend time with Fortuna within her gorgeous historical home. A must to book!

My and I had such a fun time with Fortuna! The class was hands-on, relaxed, and full of laughs. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, a delicious tiramisu, and even homemade gelato. Fortuna explained every step clearly and shared great tips we can actually use at home. The food turned out amazing especially the pasta! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it felt like cooking with family. Highly recommend this experience if you want to enjoy authentic Italian food and great company! Would do it again for the pasta!
