Das Appartement von Janet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Janet ist sehr freundlich, war sehr flexibel was die Schlüsselübergabe angeht und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host was very welcoming and friendly! Anytime we had questions they were answered in a timely manner. If I were to return to Paris I would definitely check to see if it was available again!

The location of the place is very good as it is 2 minutes walk from underground so you can be next to main attractions in several minutes. I stayed in the second room connected with the kitchen and it was very comfortable, especially bed. The place is well-equipped and the communication with the host is excellent.

Appartement spacieux et agréable, excellent emplacement (lidl, monoprix, pharmacies, métro très proches), communication avec l'hôte très fluide, le ménage était correct, bonne literie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition de shampoing, gel douche, serviettes, et cafés/ thés à notre arrivée. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour chez Gabriel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mathilde è stata molto disponibile sui nostri orari di check-in e check-out. Questo è stato un aspetto molto apprezzato da noi. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse di Parigi sia con metropolitana e sia a piedi. L’alloggio si trova anche in una bella zona di Parigi, tranquilla e non trafficata.

Fantastisk lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed Vi havde et skønt ophold i en stor og lys lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – lige ved metroen, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt i byen. På trods af den centrale placering var der helt stille, uden støj fra trafik eller byliv. Vi ankom i bil og fandt nemt en velfungerende parkeringskælder i nærheden. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse – vi kommer gerne igen!

Benoît est un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Très réactif à la moindre question. L’appartement en lui-même est facilement accessible en transport, sécurisé et agréable. Tout est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Quand à la propreté rien à redire ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Marie and JF's place is quiet with a nice little patio in front that included a very low basketball hoop that our kids enjoyed playing on. The location is great: just down a quiet street from the Marie Montrouge metro stop and the town square with several restaurants, so it was convenient to get into Paris and see all the sites, yet you could retreat to the relative quiet of Montrouge in the evenings. The bistro right on the square was particularly good. JF and Marie were very friendly and accommodating. The house is nice and quaint with plenty of beds for our family of six. It is old though, so there are some quirks and occasional spiders and bugs that visit. Also, there is a washer but not an electric dryer like it says in the listing, only a drying rack. Overall, we would stay here again.

La casa es bastante cómoda y coincide perfectamente con sus fotos. Mimi ha sido muy amable y ha estado siempre dispuesta. No disponía de toallas y nos las acercó desde su casa.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

Viaggio in famiglia, con 2 bimbi, spazio accogliente per gli standard di Parigi in contesto con parco giochi condominiale. Vicino a più fermate di metro, quindi molto ben collegato. Host estremamente gentile e affidabile. Consigliatissimo

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay here! The flat is in an amazing spot—super close to the Louvre and so many other great places to check out in Paris. Tons of cute cafés and shops nearby, so it was really easy to explore the neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were quick to respond and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Estuvimos 2 noches en este apartamento con encanto, muy típico parisino. Con todo lo que podíamos necesitar al lado de la rue Mouffetard, increíble situación y muy tranquilo. Sandro súper amable pendiente de nosotros y dándonos todas las indicaciones necesarias. Volvería sin dudarlo.

This apartment is the ideal place to stay while visiting Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tour from the living room is beyond incredible especially at night when the light show happens. All types of restaurants are in the area. There is even a grocery market for extra things you might want. It is also quite close to all of the sites that are on your list. Getting an Uber or Bolt was super easy and really quick. And then there is Nicolas. He gave so many recommendations for anything and everything that I would have had to stay a whole year to try them all. Many Thanks. And I almost forgot…the heated towel racks! I love heated towel racks and so will you. If you are planning a trip and want a real Parisian experience….this would be it.

We had a fabulous stay at Laurence’s place. The views from the window/balcony are incredible. It was the perfect base for a weekend in Paris as very close to the Metro. Plenty of room for a family and all the appliances you would need. Thank you Laurence.
