Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.
