Marina se mostró atenta y predispuesta a contestar nuestras consultas en todo momento. Con un trato agradable, cordial y ameno, sonriendo siempre. La ubicación del departamento es perfecta. Nos permitió por su cercanía conocer otras ciudades como Marbella, Granada, Málaga. El complejo muy tranquilo, lejos de ruidos y tránsito molesto que impida el descanso. El departamento está completo y equipado. Desde utensillos de cocina diversos, vajilla completisima, tendedero de ropa, lavarropas, tostadora, cafeteras hasta paraguas, sillas, toallones y lonas de playa. El wifi funcionó perfectamente en todo momento. El balcón permite una vista preciosa de la playa, con posibilidad de techarlo por lluvia o sol. Las habitaciones son amplias, lo que permite que hasta 6 personas puedan alojarse comodamente. Tiene un comedor grande, para poder compartir todos a la vez sin problemas. Fue una experiencia muy bonita en todos los sentidos, poder disfrutar de la estancia en este lugar. Muy agradecidos!

Maria & Sebastian were the perfect hosts nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond from booking the apartment at Aguila to checking out. The small attention to details and little extra welcome items left in the apartment was a very nice touch. Great location, excellent WiFi and sea view was great. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. I wish this lovely couple every success 😊

Huset var bättre än på bilderna. Vi var 11 personer som bodde i Casa Iris, alla stortrivdes i huset. Stort och bra hus, med många gemensamma ytor. Nära till 2st stora matbutiker och närhet till flertalet restauranger. Några minuters promenad till havet. Fick alltid snabba svar ifrån Iris, när vi hade någon fråga. Hit åker vi gärna igen!

Great stay in this flat in a lovely residence. The location is very quiet and secure. Perfect for a family with all the necessary baby equipment! The flat is located within easy reach of beautiful places (Mijas, Marbella, Málaga, Estepona). Attila is super nice, helpful and attentive. He was always available if we had a question or needed anything and helped us with our luggage! 😃 I would highly recommend

El alojamiento está bastante bien, tal y cómo se muestra en las fotos.Francesca nos recibió de forma amable y no tuvimos ningún problema. Mis hijos disfrutaron mucho del jacuzzi. El enclave es precioso, con muchos bares alrededor. El único problema (ajeno a la casa)ha sido el ruido por la noche de la calle, ya que los bares cerraban bastante tarde.

We just returned from a 9-night stay. Great apartment in a great location in a quiet block. Nicely kept gardens and pool. Some great touches like beach towels and sun loungers (light enough to carry to beach if you want to) provided. Three or four minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable bed, which is a big deal when you're nearly 60 with a sore back! Will definitely return.

Such a fantastic place especially the wonderful outdoor areas with a full kitchen with a bbq and an extra fridge, multiple diverse seating areas, sunbeds a great outdoor shower and of course the splendid heated pool! Happy we got to enjoy it albeit only for one day due to the severe weather brought on by DANA... We were saved by the outstanding caretaker Brian without whom we might have been stuck and not able to evacuate when we did! Huge thanks to him!!! Hope we can come back another time to enjoy this wonderful place.

Giuseppe and Cristina are really great hosts! I was welcomed by Cristina, who was very understanding when I found myself running half an hour late. Before my trip, they sent over a wonderfully detailed local guide – breaking down restaurants by cuisine, highlighting the best cocktail spots, and pointing out useful shops and supermarkets. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise – recently renovated and immaculately clean. Its location in Puerto Banús is ideal, within easy walking distance of most attractions. For someone visiting the area for the first time, their local insights made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can't wait to recommend this gem to my friends!

Pěkné ubytování, terasa s výhledem na moře. Apartmán velmi dobře vybaven, čistý. Obchod s potravinami v blízkosti. Komunikace hostitele obratem, nápomocný s dotazy ohledně okolí, a nákupních možností v době svátků. Celkový dojem velmi dobrý.

El departamente superó ampliamente las expectativas. El mismo se encuentra completamente equipado, con todo lo necesario y más para hacer la estancia un placer, con productos de calidad (se destaca la comodidad de la cama y el sillón). Se encuentra muy cerca del parque de la Paloma, el tren, la playa y varios supermercados. Benjamín siempre estuvo a disposición para despejar todas las dudas y fue muy amable, realmente un alojamiento recomendable.

Antonio was extremely helpful, responsive and a great host - no issues with checking in or out. The apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Its a short 10-15 min walk to the old part of town, castle and ampithreatre, and then only a few more to the beach and water front areas. We were a family of 4 so was a tiny bit cramped and there was some noise from the apartment above, but overall still really good value and a great place to stay. Thank you for a great stay Antonio.

We really enjoyed the apartment, it was perfect for my family, lots space with 3 large bedrooms, a nice comfortable living room, great en-suites and a lovely terrace with bbq. We enjoyed the location, nothing was most than a 10 min drive but also direct access to a beach that was rustic and natural which we really liked. Good restaurants on either side of the apartment and a very cool wooden bike/walking route that takes you to Marbella town. It was safe, secure and relaxed and we would certainly recommend and return.

Very nice apartment, great modern kitchen, good views from balcony. Beds in kids room in particular very comfortable. Nice variety of pools on site and grounds in general very well maintained. A slight lack of amenities mean you will need a car for the stay, or be willing to get cabs etc to head into town. The restaurant at the lagoon was okay, though sadly pizza oven not working when we were there. Overall the resort is very good. Easy to get taxis in and out of Estepona (or e.g Manliva) if you need to, but car probably best. The road approaching the resort is a bit tired and full of potholes, but we had an SUV so it wasn't too bad. Overall a great apartment, and we would return.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Sie ist sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und man spürt die Liebe, die in jeder Ecke des Hauses und in dem Aussenbereich, bestehend aus mehreren Terrassen, steckt. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Traum wenn man von einer Wanderung zurückkommt und der Kamin an kühlen Abenden rundet alles ab. Die Gegend hat sehr viel zu bieten. Es gibt auch leichte Wanderwege die man wunderbar mit Kindern machen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer 🌊. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et conforme à la description. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, qui est adorable, très disponible et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour agréable en bord de mer. ¡Nuestra estadía estuvo excelente! El apartamento es aún mejor que en las fotos y en la descripción. Las vistas son impresionantes, el apartamento es bastante espacioso y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy fluida y nos ayudaron a resolver todo.
