My place is 3 Miles S. of Leakey, Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples State Park, Uvalde, Concan, Frio River, Famous three sisters roads, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

A natural playscrape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
