On the basement floor we have large TV room with a separate sleeping area, a toilet and washing machine. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on ground floor. One bedroom and a bathroom on the upper floor. Large terrace and a garden with a private pool 5x3 meter. Everything is very stylish.
