Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Meraviglioso appartamento con ampia terrazza sulla splendida spiaggia di Cava dell’Isola,su cui godersi sensazionali tramonti e cenare lasciandosi accarezzare dal canto del mare.Ben arredato e confortevole si sviluppa su 2 livelli vanta 3 bagni, 3 stanze da letto vista mare e un ampio soggiorno con annessa cucina vista mare. Casetta sul porto immersa nel verde

Bilocale in villa, con accesso indipendente, composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano e poltrona e su richiesta si può aggiungere un letto singolo sia per il terzo ospite e sia per chi vuole dormire separato, un ambiente cucina e bagno con doccia e lavanderia, adatto per tre persone, per coppie e per avventurieri solitari. L'alloggio è servito da un terrazzo panoramico. Oltre il terrazzo c'è anche una porzione di giardino con prato ed un doccia in muratura.

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Guesthouse, big privat terrasse with seaview

Beautifull one bedroom appartment with big privat terrasse, and seaview. Spacios bedroom, tv, fully equipped seperated kitchen, aircondition... Calm area, perfect for couples or a simple city get away. Five minute walk from the nearest bathing spot (cala fonte and cala gaetano), 5 restaurants , scooter rental and 2 supermarkets in walking distance. Easy acces, busstop down the road. Linen included. Possibility to add an extra bed. We speak English, German, French and Italian

casa da maria ...a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Casa Nonna Pina - Ischia Porto

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato sul porto d'Ischia con accesso immediato (meno di 1 minuto a piedi) alla biglietteria e ai rispettivi imbarchi dei traghetti e degli aliscafi. La posizione strategica di cui gode, permette l'accesso a piedi allo stazionamento degli autobus, al corso principale dell'isola, al centro storico Ischia Ponte, nonché ai vari locali e ristorantini tipici della movida isolana localizzati sulla Riva Destra del porto.

Apartment in a villa in Citara Bay, Casa Rosada

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. L'appartamento è costituito da un angolo cottura , un salotto con divano letto, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia .
