Delicious Cottage in villa,garden,stunning view

Il cottage è perfetto per una famiglia con bambini, per coppie di amici, per chi viaggia per lavoro, per chi ha bisogno di un parcheggio sicuro per la propria auto, ma soprattutto per chi ama la natura e preferisce respirare aria pura allo smog cittadino, il silenzio ai rumori del traffico di città ! Il centro di Napoli raggiungibile in autobus in 20 minuti, una piccola OASI in una fervida città !La terrazza/giardino ,attrezzata con ombrellone, lettini, barbecue, ha una splendida vista su Capri.

Casa Sorrentina is located in the heart of the historical center of Sorrento where you can feel the authentic soul of this wonderful city. The house is only few meters away both from the main restaurants, shops and bars and from Marina Grande with the beach and several typical taverns. Furthermore at about 100 meters you can reach by lift Marina Piccola (the port) and take ferries to Capri, Ischia, Positano, Naples. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Calm area, perfect for couples or a simple city get away. Casa calda e accogliente, immersa in un ampio giardino nel cuore di Sorrento. Situata in una delle strade principali della città, a pochi passi sarà possibile raggiungere ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi, bar, supermercati, ecc.. 10mt supermercato 10mt farmacia 300mt stazione circumvesuviana per poter raggiungere in breve tempo Pompei, Ercolano, Napoli ecc... 500mt spiaggia, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto turistico di Sorrento, dove poter partire per Capri.
