The Villa it’s composed of a living room with a window directly on the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a magnificent garden with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of San Francesco. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and everything you need to cook unforgettable italian meals. Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. During the stay I provide my guests with my phone number. I’m always reachable and willing to give any information about the properties or tips regarding a places to visit eat, visit and enjoy the island. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

Graziosa villetta situata in una strada tranquilla a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, piazza Castello, a pochi passi dalle scalette per la spiaggia di Calanave. La villetta è costituita da due appartamenti autonomi: casa Libeccio e casa Grecale all'occorrenza comunicanti, per un totale di 10 posti letto. Luxurious villa located in Forio, in a very quiet area but a few steps from the center. The apartment is equipped with every comfort. The apartment consists of four double-bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and and two kitchens. Outside there is a beautiful patio with a swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, where relax and watching the sunset. Una piscina termale, una sauna naturale. Una villa esclusiva immersa in un rigoglioso giardino, sospesa tra cielo e mare.
