Le camere sono situate al primo piano, servito da un'ampia scala. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con parco dotato di lettini e ombrelloni dedicati al relax degli ospiti.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The Riviera Romagnola (25 mins. by car), Imola (20 mins. by car) and Bologna (40 mins. by train) will also be easy to reach. The accommodation consists of a large open space with kitchen/living room and 2 double bedrooms with respective bathrooms. Laundry room and private garden.

Esternamente c'è uno spazio dedicato alla cottura in forno a legna e uno spazio per il barbecue.
