One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Het Mühlwalder Tal (Italiaans: Valle dei Molini) is een 16 km lang bergdal met weelderige bergbossen, ruisende bergbeekjes en frisse berglucht - een waar paradijs voor rustzoekers, natuurliefhebbers en outdoorliefhebbers. In het midden van dit alles, op een idyllische afgelegen locatie op de helling van de bergen, ligt de Hochgruberhof met zijn eigen kaasmakerij. Het twee verdiepingen tellende chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is gebouwd van natuurlijke materialen en meet 70 m2.

Het ligt op 10 minuten van het dorp Villanders (Villandro) in de Eisack vallei in Zuid-Tirol. De vakantiewoning bestaat uit een woon/eetkamer met een goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 3 personen. Er is snelle wifi, verwarming en een tv aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een eigen balkon. Jullie hebben toegang tot een gedeelde buitenruimte met tuin en open terras.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
