Die Wohnung von Alberto ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist sonnig und ruhig, die Eltern nebenan äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab die besten Zitrusfrüchte direkt aus dem Garten! Grazie mille!

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Tutto perfetto, Marco super reattivo e disponibilissimo! l'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alle foto, praticamente a 2 passi dalla spiaggia del Poetto e accanto a tutti i servizi! Ho soggiornato per lavoro, ma ci tornerei sicuramente anche per le vacanze! Lo consiglio!!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Danke an Vincenzo für sie Gastfreundschaft. Herzlich eingerichtet Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr ruige gegend, Restaurants in der nähe und Dorfzentrum 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wunderschöne Strände ind der näheren Umgebung. Sehr zum weiter Empfehlen

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia! Max and Lory were truly great hosts – incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their two beautiful dogs, Viva and Hector, were absolutely sweet, and our 5-year-old loved playing with them. The apartment is very well equipped – you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, no-stress stay. Max and Lory even stocked the fridge with plenty of breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit removed from the town and beaches, so you’ll need a car, but it’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool is beautiful and well maintained – although the water was around 20°C in early May, so it was a bit chilly for long swims. Our kid still jumped in a couple of times! I can imagine it’s perfect from June through September. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, well-prepared place with wonderful hosts and a personal touch!

Wir haben mit 9 Personen Manuela's Haus bewohnt. Es war ausreichend Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war "Gold" wert für die Kinder :) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen, einfach ein Traum. Wir vermissen es schon....Da wir mit dem Auto nach Sardinien gekommen sind, konnten wir viele schöne Strände und Orte besuchen. Ein Boot mit Skipper haben wir auch gebucht, einfach mal am Hafen von Porto Corallo nachfragen. Er hat uns zum Schnorcheln und Baden an wunderschöne Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser gefahren. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns Alle. Das Haus von Manuela ist groß und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass es keine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, sondern eine Kapselmaschine. Manuela ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber, bei Ankunft waren Getränke (Wasser, Sekt, Saft) nebst Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank, ein Kuchen, Snacks, Nudeln standen bereit. Lieben Dank

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Mein Partner und ich haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Marco war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. Loved this location, check in easy peasy, restaurant beside the location was perfect. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you’d need. stayed up late watching tv with partner, bathtub was perfect, bed area secluded and perfectly spaced, everything worked, check out 11 atm, everything perfect trust. we loved it

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Cagliari gebraucht und sind auf Piermario gekommen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Würde es sechs Sterne geben, hätte er die verdient.
