Lovely stay, thanks Georgina. We found the apartment to be spotless (and we are fussy!), well equipped with thoughtful touches like a beach bag with towels for use during our stay and an info book with recommendations for eating etc. A very short stroll to beach which was lovely. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by but it is also quiet with the bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment. Living area is great and the balcony a lovely spot, the plants are a nice touch and makes it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom is small and the only thing I would change would be to add a little more storage space/ places to put things (in bathroom only) but this was easily solved for us by clearing the cupboard under the sink temporarily (ie; moving the hairdryer and spare toilet rolls elsewhere) then using that to store toiletries during our stay. Georgia was very communicative and proactive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Jonathan’s place is in an unbeatable location—right on the beach and just a short walk to shops, cafes, Coles, and the heart of town. He was incredibly accommodating to our family, and we really appreciated his great local cafe recommendations. The sound of the ocean was the perfect backdrop throughout our stay. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our visit such a pleasure!

Ali was very helpful and friendly. All stuffs she provided have good quality, not cheap ones like the hotel. You do not need to bring anything except toothpaste and toothbrush. Will book her property again when we come back to Newcastle. Many thanks Ali

We had a great weekend at Viv’s apartment. It had a comfy bed, a nice little living area and kitchen and is bright and light. View is of other apartment buildings but that didn’t matter as it’s across the road from the beach and close to cafes and restaurants so great location. Viv was a responsive, friendly host. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Really enjoyed our stay here. Such a good location within walking distance to the beach and harbour area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Sarah gave us some good recommendations and was very responsive 😊 would definitely recommend staying here!

Casey was a fantastic communicator. The position was incredible. Sorry about our late checkout. One of the members of our party stubbornly refused to adhere to the rules, despite the clear instructions regarding check out. It wasn’t acceptable, and we inconvenienced the poor cleaner.

We stayed at Gails place for an extended period , whilst working in the area, greta central location, Very tidy & modern place, Gail was great with communication Highly recommended

The property was spacious and very clean when we checked in. The view of the ocean from the property was something we all enjoyed. Being so close to the beach also added to the fun. Yong Hui was extremely responsive when we i initially had trouble accessing the property. He was also accommodating of the request for some extra time after 10 am ( usual check out time) to check out as i was feeding my 10 month old. Loved the property and would highly recommend it

Home had everything we needed. The little touches of condiments and books/toys for the kids was a lovely touch. Instructions were easy to follow and made check in easy.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

Lyn's place was lovely, it was in a great location with the ferry close to travel to Newcastle. The house was very tidy with great amenities, kitchen, BBQ & beds. Lyn offered us local information & was very accommodating with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for something in this area.

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

A cozy & beautiful house with a well equipped kitchen. Location is good & walkable to the restaurants & groceries shops. We really enjoyed our short stay.
