We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The unit was clean and felt very secure with two locked doors before entry. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything super easy. Plus, the location couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay with two bedrooms and a nice little living room/kitchen area. Close to University of Waterloo and lots of other amenities in the area. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at Svetlana and Vitaliy's cozy home was great! They were friendly, very quick to respond to my messages, and even shared their delicious baking with me. If I'm ever in Guelph again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, both, for a great stay!

Great space to unwind and relax. Quiet house and neighborhood. Comfortable furnishings and bed. Had a great sleep and just about everything I needed or wanted was within a short drive.

We booked late and last minute after we were unable to access our original booking at a dfferent Airbnb because the other property owner failed to provide a keypad code and could not be reached. I was travelling long distance alone with my 5 year old daughter and just needed somewhere to go quickly for the night after a long travel day. Jazmy accepted our booking at 11pm. So grateful. Thanks very much!

Andrea's place was amazing! Very spacious and had everything we needed. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is central.. we were in town for a family emergency and appreciated the flexibility with the check in.. there is coffee right in the room and Tim Hortons also right across the street. Great unit, comfortable beds! Although we didn’t use the common areas, I checked them out and there are 2 outdoor saunas, wonderful lounge area and outdoor high top bar with bbqs.. Hope to be back sometime and be able to enjoy! Thx you so much! Host was very accommodating and very quick to answer communication!

Dawn and Joel’s place was a perfect home away home while we were visiting friends. We chose the place for the location and couldn’t be happier. It has everything you need to be comfortable. There are technically two beds (one sofa bed) but it would be snug with two adult couples. My partner and I thought it was perfect for us. Dawn was super sweet and helpful. We would love to be back!

D'Arcy provided good communication prior to and during my stay. He responded very quickly to any requests, always with a smile:-)

My family and I stayed for a week in their beautiful home and it was a perfect stay 😊Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond, very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Area is peaceful and the home is beautiful and super comfortable. Place was clean, space was liveable, beds were comfy, rooms were well lit with adjustable lighting, and even though it's a basement unit, you can't tell because the sound proofing was was top tier - you can't hear footsteps from upstairs or any noise. Overall awesome stay, it's a steal for the price for sure! I would definitely book with them again, highly recommended 😊💯🤩

Mouhamed was extremely accommodating to me & my girlfriend during our stay! The place was clean & had basically everything you need for your stay! Little noisy from 7-9pm but other than that very quiet!

We had a great stay here, from the moment we walked in and did a quick tour the entire place felt new and like it would be a relaxing stay. We had one issue with HVAC that we brought up to Susan and she resolved it straight away, she is a very attentive host.

Very responsive host. A little more expensive than some other places but being on the floor we were we had great views.

The hosts were extremely responsive and very friendly and considerate. There were so many small goodies in the kitchen we were very pleased. The property was very well maintained and it was perfect for our short visit.
