From the moment i checked in to the moment i left it was so beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was beautiful and immaculate and the hosts had left out a lovely welcome of wine , chocs and biscuits which were devoured in front for the log burner later that evening. I went for many walks around the scenic surroundings. The hot tub was amazing in the late evening as i was lucky to have lovely clear weather to watch the stars when in it. Michael was very friendly and responsive to any of my questions i had. I arrived myself for a couple of days before my sister arrived and i felt very safe in the cottage , even when walking the surrounding area. This place is a gem if you are looking to getaway for a relaxing break and i will most definetly be back, hopefully soon.

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

Fab place to stay in Loch Long. The scenery is beautiful and there’s plenty to keep you busy. The cottage was lovely and highly recommend

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

Rural and rustic this is a gem off a place to stay of you want away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything was exactly as described. Hazel met us as soon as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home straight away. Hot tub is amazing and Hazel checks it every day to make sure its good. The firepit and bbq were a welcome bonus. Spending nights round a fire before relaxing in the hottub was great :) Everyone on the farm makes you feel welcome and will do anything for you to ensure your stay is the best.

Rachel’s Farm ‘The Cottage’ was exactly as advertised. Perfect for the wife and I to have a last minute romantic weekend away. Booking was so easy, the property was very homely and welcoming and we immediately felt the worries of the world disappearing as we relaxed into the hot-tub listening to the wildlife. Also after a day of exploring the area to be able to slip into that awesome rolltop bath. I’m one of the larger built gentleman, and to have a bath that I can lay in and fit was sublime. You almost had to charge me for the cost of that bath as I was tempted to bring it home with me. 👍and then to climb into that bed. I haven’t slept that well for months..! Honestly, if you are considering staying here, I would 100% recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended. Fantastic accommodation. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful surroundings and perfect weather made our stay so enjoyable. Our dog loved it too. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans ce logement ! L’endroit était impeccablement propre et confortable. L’hôte était attentionné et la vue sur le Clyde magnifique. L’emplacement était idéal, proche des commodités principales mais suffisamment éloigné pour garantir une atmosphère paisible. Je recommande cette maison à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience mémorable.

Booked this last minute for my friends birthday and we are so glad we did!. Place was spotless and the host is so friendly she made us feel at home☺️ will definitely be back this is my second time here . Love it

A wonderful location and accommodation was spotless. It had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Hot tub was private and very relaxing. Hope to stay again and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was beautiful and the surrounding views were breathtaking. Marcin was an attentive host and we would definitely recommend this place!

Leute schreibt dem James eine Woche vorher und nicht am Tag der anreise, sonst ist der ein bissle genervt. Aber sonst ist dieses Cottage so toll und sauber und alles ist da , außer noch öl . Aber Öl aus dem Pesto geht auch;). Super schöne Lage, zum wandern. Betten sind gemütlich.

We stayed in the cottage attached the castle and it was the perfect family escape. There is no Wi-Fi and O2 signal wasn’t very good but we knew this would be the case ahead of time and really treated it as a switch off and played games and relaxed. The hosts were really responsive and helpful. The cottage and the grounds are beautiful. Half hour drive from Glasgow and 20 minute drive from Loch Lomond so you can have city and rural days out easily. Shops are close by. It was very peaceful and we all loved it.

Anne nous a réservé un très bon accueil à notre arrivée (polie, le sourire et quelques mots de français). Sa petite maison est charmante, avec en prime des attentions pour ses locataires (pain frais, confiture, beurre, fromage...). J'étais un peu effrayé par la circulation pour sortir et entrer dans la propriété. Mais comme les écossais sont beaucoup plus courtois et patients au volant que les français : tout s'est bien passé 😅. Un dernier mot pour préciser que le logement était super propre. This cosy cottage is in a beautiful setting very close to Loch Lomond. The cottage is well equipped with plenty of towels and blankets (although it’s actually a very warm space). We really enjoyed our stay here.

Ben Lomond cottage is a lovely, out of the way, place. It's really spacious and well presented. The location is nice, as it's close enough to Balloch for shopping and essentials, but also away from the town, to have a connection to the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has both central heating and a log burner, so it can be warm either way. Linda responded to all my questions and provided all the info I needed. So I'd definitely recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a getaway in the beautiful Loch Lomond area.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Fiona war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und ruhig. Ich würde für einen Aufenthalt wieder kommen.

This place is very close to the high street. We would recommend this accommodation for travellers.
