Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Great place to stay, everything was in easy reach and walkable, beach, shops, town centre etc. clean, tidy, comfortable & clear instructions. would stay again.

The property is up to 20 min walk from the rail station, 4 min walk to the nearest grocery store and lots of bars and restaurants, up to 10 min walk to the beach. Peaceful, quiet, and overall nice surroundings. The property itself is very spacious, large kitchen, two toilets and a shower. The living room is massive, with two large sofas, work desk and a spacious balcony overlooking the park, also a view of a church by the side of it. The bedroom is a large en-suite room with lots of storage and a vanity corner. I must highlight that i have not slept on a better mattress, ever. The property has a washing machine and washing powder. In the shower room I also had access to a variety of shower gels and shampoos. The kitchen comes with pretty much anything you may need, even if you decide to bake! The check-in was super smooth, I was greeted on the main road and shown inside. Absolutely superb 3 night solo stay and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend! 10/10

Fabulously spacious apartment for 2 couples. Light and airy and just a 20 walk from the promenade. Very secure building with everything we needed for a most enjoyable and comfortable weekend stay. The hosts are very responsive, and the apartment and its fittings and decor are of a high quality. The comfortable beds are to be noted.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We love the Southbourne area and have stayed in a number of properties in the area over the years. This has to be the best one in terms of location, spaciousness and quality and range of equipment at the property. The lounge diner is nice and airy, big comfy sofa and chair and smart TV. The kitchen had lots of plates, mugs, glasses etc and lots of pans and utensils. Everything we needed was there. There was a nice welcome hamper with bread, milk, juice, biscuits etc. Bedrooms were bright and airy with comfy beds. Lovely shower in the en-suite! The apartment is close to Fisherman’s Walk, where you can walk down to the beach and promenade. There’s absolutely tonnes to do in the area, which is why we keep coming back, you’re definitely able to find something to suit everyone’s interests, young or old. And then there’s the Lazy Spa and outside area to enjoy after a long day exploring. Thanks Jemma, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again next time!

We had a fantastic stay in Nick’s apartment. It was much bigger than expected and worked perfectly as a group of six with the en suite bathrooms. It was immaculate throughout and the huge balcony with sea views was put to good use when we had some sunshine. The whole place felt really luxurious and I would definitely recommend for a weekend away.

A great stay in a quiet, clean and well equipped flat. Great location for the beach and exploring the area.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

We had a wonderful stay at Sana's place in Totland Bay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, ideal for relaxing strolls and enjoying the sea views. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight with a homely feeling. It’s beautifully decorated, with a personal touch evident in every detail. The bathroom was a bit compact, but that’s a small trade-off given how excellent the other amenities were. The coffee machine and massage chair were great touches. We loved the coffee so much we asked about the brand—turns out, Sana’s family owns the business, which made it even more special! Sana was a responsive and thoughtful host throughout. She kindly accommodated our last-minute request to change from 3 adults to 4 due to a family situation, and did so without any additional charge. We truly appreciated her understanding and flexibility. We’d be happy to return in the future!

I’ve just returned from a stay here with my family, and we had a wonderful time. There were 12 of us including 3 kids aged 7yrs and under, and 2 dogs! So I was glad there was plenty of space. The house is beautiful and set in quiet surroundings. The games kept the kids entertained and they loved the Moors Valley country Park that was only 5 mins drive away. I would definitely recommend. The house is even nicer than in the photos.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

We just returned from 2 nights at Elaine’s house which was too short. It exceeded my expectations and was nicer than the photos. We were really comfortable and loved the sea views especially from the top floor balcony. (The house is on 3 floors.) The house was spotless and equipped with everything you could need and even the toiletries were special. Clear instructions for everything. The promenade is just across the road with a zigzag down to the beach and a lift nearby for those who need. We did some lovely outings including a boat trip from Tuckton to Mudeford. We were lucky to have had fabulous weather. The only improvements I could think of are seating for the garden and curtains for the bedroom. (I am sensitive to light and brought an eye mask as I could see from the photos that there are only blinds in the bedroom so I was able to go back to sleep when it got light.) Elaine was accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend Elaine’s property and hope to return one day.

We loved staying in Sian’s beautiful home-from-home. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of space and light with comfy beds & seating areas. A peaceful sun-trap outside. Close to the beach, and an easy seafront walk to town. We’d love to come back soon!

Such a fantastic stay. Location was great - 15 min walk to the beach, a short drive from Durlston National Park and 30 min drive from Durdle Door Beach. The host was so lovely and welcomed us earlier than our check in. Really clean house and looked just like the photos. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Swanage.

Excellent host. Very responsive and well worth the price. I asked for an earlier checkin and they were more than happy to accommodate. There was scaffolding up around the building, but we were aware of this before and it didn't block the sea view. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat in a great location to Lymington town centre. Everywhere is driving distance and the use of the parking clock was very helpful as it was accepted in every town we visited (certain car parks only).

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year old. The communication prior to our arrival was very clear and timely. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. We kept commenting throughout that David and Liz have considered absolutely everything their guests would need and require during the stay. It was spotless and very well kept, we will certainly be back!

We had a really enjoyable mini break. The flat was ideal for us and we loved the way it was decorated and furnished. Thank you to Andreas for being a wonderful host.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Had a designated parking spot which was very handy. Lovely outdoor area and secure and safe. Photos were exact to what was excepted. Tony was quick at answering the phone when needed. Lovely place and feels like home. Perfect for our one night stay. Walking distance to what we needed. Was perfect.

Lovely apartment, great location - few minutes walk to the beach and local shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nicola is a great host and was kind enough to provide a high chair, cot bed and bouncer for our babies. The stairs up to the apartment were tricky for us to navigate with two small babies and 2 strollers, but besides that we had a wonderful time!
