The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Portable infrared sauna in winter months. 9 miles to Burlington and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. We are in a part of Essex that is rural (the village, Essex Junction is more of a city.)

With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
