The place feels just like a home. Move in ready for a lovely stay. Plenty of comfy space inside and out. Can’t beat the beautiful view over the estuary and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Country’s most beautiful beach just a short walk away. Kathleen was a great host, very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Fresh sourdough bread, homemade granola, milk and rosé in the fridge on arrival, soft robes in the cupboard, stunning view - these are just a few of the things that made our experience in Yutori House so memorable. We stayed here with 12 friends for my husband’s 30th, and it was absolutely perfect. He loves native bush and birds, so this place was a dream. The house feels like a fairytale—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed. The kitchen is well-equipped and flows easily to the patio, where we barbecued and dined outdoors. There’s a handy kitchen window for passing food outside, and both indoor and outdoor tables made it easy to adapt to the weather. The property sits on 7 acres of native bush with walking tracks, birds like piwakawakas following us, and a magical glow worm walk at night. There's an outdoor fire area with couches, ambient lighting, and a speaker system that connects throughout the house and outside. It’s perfect for reconnecting with friends and nature. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and so grateful. Huge thanks to the hosts for the clear communication and thoughtful touches. If you're thinking of booking—do it. You won’t regret it.

très bon séjour même pour une nuitée. la maison est très très bien équipée et tout a été pensé pour que l'on ne manque de rien, tant dans la cuisine que dans les salles de bains ou les chambres très confortable , calme mignon et joliment décoré c'est le logement le mieux équipé de notre séjour ! Feilding House is a grand 100 year old home that has been lovingly restored so it is able to be enjoyed. The workmanship and attention to detail is stunning. The bedrooms are huge with luxurious linen and a feeling of opulence. The whole house is spacious and functional, while giving you a feeling of being back in time. The new bathroom is very spacious with a lovely big spa bath to enjoy. The huge kitchen with up to date appliances is wonderful to cook in. We certainly enjoyed using the pool and outdoor space. Thank you for sharing your beautiful historical house.

Quiet spot in the countryside, lovely to be out of the city but still only 10 mins drive to the nearest supermarket if needed. Hosts give you plenty of privacy and were quick to reply to any messages. Would recommend :)

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks
