Our stay in the attic apartment was incredible! The mansion is full of history and takes you back to its time from your first step in! Pat was very welcoming, gave us a tour of the whole mansion and gave us local food recommendations as well as an insight to her story - she is a fascinating woman! The breakfast was top notch - the whole experience was top notch! I can’t recommend enough! Thank you again for hosting us - made my birthday weekend most memorable!

This is amazing B&B. Restored extremely nicely while keeping a lots of the originals - flooring, doors, furniture and much more. Pat is very knowledgable about the history of the house. Great host!

I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s home. Kate and Dee were very friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly to any questions or requests. The home was very clean, beautiful, and matched the pictures exactly. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the stylish decor. The location was also great, close to many attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pittsburgh. I also want to thank the other guests who stayed at this home. They were very friendly, respectful, and fun to talk to. We shared some great conversations and experiences, and I learned a lot from them. They made me feel like part of a family. I hope to see them again someday.

My husband and I spent a night and we were sad we couldn't stay longer. The place was stunning and very clean (not even a speck of dust could be seen). Check-in was flexible and a breeze. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. But what really made our stay special was Pat, the host. She was so warm and hospitable. She shared all the fascinating history of the home with us and even surprised us with a tour of the whole building. She has such a gift for story-telling and history and was very knowledgeable. She's the type of person I could sit and listen to all day. Apparently, she is restoring another histporical beaut of a home, the Greystone Manor, and we can't wait to stay there when it opens.

Our stay at Pats guest house was great, easy check in and the space was beautiful.

The place was very relaxing and peaceful. We were able to come and go as we please without any issue getting into our room. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and warm. The atmosphere was luxorious and well designed with great artwork, beautiful curtains and rich colors everywhere. Breakfast was great and Pat even had little snacks all through out the house which is a nice little bonus. We definitely recommend this place for those looking for a relaxing getaway. My 12-year-old and I had a great visit. The host was on site when we arrived. She was very friendly and welcoming. Over the course of our stay, we learned a lot about cows and the dairy industry. My daughter loved being able to pet the calves and sheep. And we both enjoyed walking around — including through the flower field — and relaxing on the porch and in glider in the yard. The house had a lot of unique furniture and other details that I really enjoyed looking at. Breakfast was delicious and included products produced from the farm’s milk. We had a great visit and look forward to returning.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable, and amazing breakfast. Dry, secure place for our bikes. Great start to our GAP trail adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed Lucille’s bnb. Lucille was responsive and friendly. It was easy to find and super close to the GAP trail. The room was comfortable - comfortable bed, great shower and a tv with shows downloaded so we didn’t have to remember our password. Breakfast was fabulous, she even catered for my gluten free diet and it was delicious. We were able to park our bikes in the garage. Everything spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Perfect.

Robin’s place was my first stop on a cross country trip and it was wonderful. It is a beautiful house that is well decorated. It is in a nice location and was easy to walk to Randyland, City of Asylum, and the Andy Warhol Museum. Robin was very sweet in offering suggestions of things to see and having coffee set up for me. I enjoyed it on her beautiful back patio in the morning along with some nice conversation with her. Loved her cats too ;)

Kate and Dee are great hosts, always there to answer questions, it’s a quiet neighborhood with easy and quick access to highway. Grocery and several restaurants in the area. You can be as private as you want or hangout downstairs. I’ll miss the morning coffee and my Izzy bath! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic host for a fantastic property. Balancing raw nature and modern comforts in a tastefully appointed home on a beautiful property, Robin has done something special with this area. Will be staying again if we are in the neighborhood!

Great stay. Easy walking distance to PPG arena for events!

Had a weekend retreat for myself, and this was the best place to do it. It was comfortable and generally had a really fun vibe. Would stay again, hands down!!!
