The place was great. Everything worked and the outdoor covered fireplace and hot tub was great.

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

From booking to checkout, everything about our stay was perfect!! I made changes to our arrangements shortly after booking and David was quick to respond and very helpful. Upon arrival, easy entry into the house, and everything was very clean and just as pictured. This location is exactly what we hoped for our weekend!! Peaceful, quiet, clean, and relaxing! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to renting here again. I can't thank you enough for helping to our New Year's weekend getaway so memorable!!

We had a lovely weekend it is exactly as described small quaint eclectic cottage in the woods. Only a 1/2 hour from Johnstown where my grandson was wrestling was nice to be away from the town!

We look forward to coming back. Quick drive into Morgantown for events.

We came out to Morgantown to visit our daughter at WVU. The chalet had a very homey feel, I definitely felt like I had been there a while when I got there. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problems finding it. There was plenty of space to prepare meals inside, as well as entertain both inside and out. The furniture was in generally good condition and clean. The bathroom was well furnished and the dual shower was very nice. This place was a great place to base our visit and venture out into the surrounding countryside. In comparison to other rentals we have had over the years, this ranks as #2 in quality, value and overall satisfaction. We will be looking to rent this again on our next visit. Our only complaint was the musty smell. It was prevalent when you walked in, but left quickly. When we arrived home, we could smell it on our clothes. It was very rainy while we were there and we'd like to give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

The flat has fabulous beds, excellent laundry facilities, good storage (closets), and good cleaning supplies. It's on an interesting, quiet street, in a very friendly neighborhood. The location is great for Walnut Street and CMU; it's easy to walk to grab groceries, etc. Jake responded to questions straight off. All told, an exceptional stay.

We were here for a quick trip, and Ralph was so welcoming, kind, and informative. We spent very few waking hours at the house, but everything was clean and comfortable. Amazing view just steps away from the house!

Great place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked with necessities. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and bright. Mandy was very responsive to our questions.

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. We have been to Roger's place many times. The place is very clean and accommodating. It has everything you will need for a great stay. We will be back again.
