Great property to visit Jacksonville. Will definitely be visiting again. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our visit!!

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

Had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was incredible. We loved laying poolside and relaxing by the firepit. The owners were very responsive - we couldn't find the toaster the first day and they had a new one delivered to the house later that day. Very close to the beach, shops, and food, making it very convenient to grab anything we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts, which was less than 3 minutes away. Those with small children should definitely check out the park right around the corner - huge playground and splash pad. Some things to note- the house is close to a busy street. I use a white noise machine and had no issues, but others in the house had a few disturbances during the night with the occasional loud vehicle. The upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than the first floor. We found that dropping the AC about 2 hours before bedtime and keeping the fans on made it comfortable to sleep. All-in-all a great trip!

Shortly after arriving to the Fancy Dancy, I accidentally locked the door. Unsure of how the lock truly worked, I locked myself out. After reaching out to Tim to let him know of the situation, he was super friendly. He said no problem he can come right over to reset the lock. And he did. He was amazing. He checked on us throughout my trip. One of the best birthday getaways.

We have been staying at Steve's homes since 2018 and never have had a bad stay. His home is clean and nicely decorated. They are always ready when we arrive. We always have 5 star stays. As a host, Steve is very responsive and easy to work with, checks frequently, and provides clear check in/check out instructions.. We look forward to staying again next February.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

I had an amazing stay here! The home was cozy, clean, and decorated so cute. And the neighborhood around it is just as charming! Dawn was very helpful and friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in the area. I’d definitely stay here again! :)

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. It was our first time meeting her and they visited us and loved the place as well. It was so peaceful and quiet....HOME AWAY FROM HOME 💜

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Kristi is a gem of a person and her place is so lovely! She has so many sweet little touches for you! That porch is heavenly and the location is primo with being able to walk a short distance to the beach on a hidden little trail. I love it all. I will be back I am sure.

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!
