The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.
