The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Natalie hatte einen Grundstock an Kaffee und Milch bereitgestellt. Das war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Und zum Meer sind es maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung auch nicht laut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben den Wagen deshalb im Parkhaus in der Norton Road geparkt. Das war sind immerhin gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss und es ist auch nicht billig. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die PayByPhone-App. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
