We had a wonderful stay at driftwood: a great location adjacent to the beach; within walking distance to a wonderful pub (the Lifeboat Inn) and right next to a bus stop with a regular service to Chichester. We spent a couple of days cycling around Selsey, exploring the surrounding area and the location was perfect for our needs, providing a comfortable, secure and tranquil retreat for us at the end of the day. Nick was a great host, who was attentive when we needed it, and left us some basic provisions to get us started, which was very much appreciated. We will come again!!

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Stayed again for work always a great stay very clean and quiet I would always choose to stay here if available.

Honestly, this place blew us away. It looked nice in the photos, but in person it's even better. Super clean, really well put together, and just had a great feel overall. Kate was quick to respond and super helpful, even with our last-minute booking. Such good value too. We'll 100% be back

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

The annex was everything described and more. It was lovely and clean the bed and pillows were so comfortable.The kitchen had everything you needed shower and bath was to high specification. The house and annex itself was set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. Waking up to birds singing and horses in field by annex. 5 mins from place was a lovely pub with good menu. We could see some walks around and will definitely look into them next time . All in all it was an amazing night's stay Thankyou Sophie we will definitely come again

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

seaview is a beautiful and peaceful area. the house was immaculate and as described. beds comfy although pillows could have been better. would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent property. This house is very spacious, has great facilities and would also be ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a large back garden and patio area that is very private and surrounded by trees.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place and Rob is a fantastic host. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and he’s the most attentive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had.

David is an incredible host - super communicative and friendly! The Airbnb was perfect for us - quiet, peaceful, beautiful (looks just like if not better than the photos) and super convenient (right next to high street and close to Ryde Pier Head). Highly recommend!

Danke für die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Die nahe Lage zum Hafen mit allen möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, ließen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt in alle Richtungen zu. Durch die besondere Lage, war auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto kein Problem und man konnte schnell und ohne Verzögerungen von A nach B kommen. Auch wenn ein kleiner Einkauf notwendig ist, findet man in in mittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der auch Brötchen anbietet. Durch die super Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten schon allein in Portsmouth, hat uns die eine Woche längst nicht ausgereicht. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

Lower Oaks was a great place to stay and relax. Really cosy and ideally situated. Has everything you possibly need, lovely and modern. Superb grounds. Highly recommend. Would be staying again!
