The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. It does not offer a stove or washer/dryer. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.

There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.
