Very good place. And very responsive host. The house was ready well before the official check-in time, and the host gave the key codes so that I could get in early if I choose to. The house have ample space for my family of 6 pax and my brother's family of 5 pax. All bedrooms and living room are airconditioned. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house and very clean, convenient location.

This Airbnb is a gem! The location is excellent, with a fantastic coffee shop and great food right outside the door. The home itself is beautiful, offering plenty of space and super comfortable beds. We loved the nice outdoor area for relaxing. Having a new washer in the unit was a big plus, and the coffee shop steps away is like an on-site restaurant. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a group of 23 cyclists who went to penang for a cycling event. Kelly was friendly and provided the check in details easily for us. Glad to have stayed here as it was convenient for us for F&B located nearby too. Would certainly return to stay here if we are travelling to penang with a bigger group.

We loved staying at this Airbnb listing! The apartment is super cute and clean, and located in a very walkable area. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it was very convenient for us during our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative as well. We will remember this place again for any future trips.

Great place, Beautiful beach view from the bed room. Helpful host , give us extra bed, pillows. But unfortunately we cant keep our baggage after check out

Great place, clean and located near to many local attraction. We arrive there at 2am, Allan give us clear instructions hence the smooth check in. There's a security guard at lobby helps me bring our luggage to the unit house as he saw me picking up my sleeping son. Everyone around are very helpful, great local people.

Great stay, value for money. The kids were having their fun time at the pool. 1 carpark is provided by the unit host, near georgetown, easy to acess to everywhere.

Tempat nya sangat nyaman dan bersih. Yang terpenting Bed cover nya wangi. Host yang sangat ramah.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was fabulous. Though the building itself is not newly built , the apartment is very comfortable and clean. I had a pretty bad experience with my previous apartment in Penang just 2 months back so this time round I took a longer time screening through the apartment listings on offer. I think the fact that I did not see even an ant around the apartment throughout my 17-day stay there speaks volume. The location is also fantastic, within minutes of walking to the seaside hawker centre and if you do not mind the sun, it takes about 20 minutes to walk along the sea side follows by a busy street to Gurney Plaza. Else, getting a Grab to the touristy places around Komtar is cheap and the journey is short.

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

Huai's place was fantastic, an absolute delight to stay in. Felt very luxurious, a great pool and balcony, all listed amenities, and plenty of space with great views across the city. Huai was great at communicating, and was very proactive in dealing with any queries we had. Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!
